Vicente Prieto Gaggero is an accomplished visual artist and sculptor, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Design and a Master’s in Territory and Landscape from the esteemed Diego Portales University. Alongside his academic achievements, he has been actively involved in teaching clay work at the Campus Creativo of the Andrés Bello University and has exhibited his works both individually and collectively since 2014 across diverse international platforms in Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico, the United States, and Spain. Presently based in Barcelona, he is further honing his craft through a specialized clay program at the Massana School under the prestigious Chile Crea scholarship.

Prieto Gaggero’s artistic signature shines through his sculptural explorations, deftly melding the organic allure of clay with contemporary expressions. Drawing inspiration from pre-Columbian pottery, his creations are imbued with influences from Art Nouveau, neo-pop, and cyberpunk genres, weaving a tapestry of themes encompassing mystery, love, beauty, and modern human dilemmas. His work intricately balances the historical essence of materials with innovative forms, offering a dynamic interplay between tradition and modernity that captivates viewers and evokes a profound sense of wonder and introspection.
